Who is this training for?
This training is for employees who have been, or are about to be, appointed as internal confidential counsellor for inappropriate behaviour and integrity concerns.
It helps you start the role well prepared. Please note that it is not an accredited course leading to certification as a confidential counsellor; for that, you need to complete a full recognised programme.
Our trainers work as confidential counsellors themselves and have years of hands-on experience
Duration
The training takes three hours, followed by a homework assignment and a short one-to-one follow-up. The total time commitment is about four hours.
Location
In-company at your organisation, or online via Zoom.
Participants
Up to eight participants.
Price
€1,250 excluding VAT for the in-company training, regardless of the number of participants. Travel expenses are charged separately. Payment is due before the training starts.
Language
The training can be delivered entirely in English. All materials are available in English and Dutch.
