Peer supervision for internal confidential counsellors
After your initial training, it's important to keep your knowledge up to date, share experiences and reflect on real situations. Two Ears runs peer supervision sessions for internal confidential counsellors once or twice a year.
Book a callEach session starts with a short refresher. We discuss relevant developments and look at your organisation's policies, procedures and arrangements. There's also time for questions participants have come across in their role as confidential counsellor.
Most of the session is spent discussing a case using a structured peer supervision method. Participants explore the situation together, ask questions and reflect on possible actions and next steps. That way, they learn from each other's experience and keep developing in their role.
